By accessing or using our Site, or placing an order (our “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any policies referenced herein, including our [Privacy Policy], [Shipping Policy], and [Exchange & Refund Policy]. 1. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or have parental/guardian consent.

• By using our Site or purchasing products, you warrant that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• We may refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

2. Account, Content & Conduct

• You agree to provide accurate, up‑to‑date account information and to keep your email, billing, and shipping details current.

3. Order Customization & Modifications

• Customization Note: Each order includes a “Customization Note” for you to specify measurements, fabric choices, or other bespoke requests.

• Modification Window: You may request size, color, or detail changes within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@shoogboutique.com. We’ll accommodate adjustments whenever production has not yet begun.

4. Cancellations

• Because every item is made to order, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation. Beyond that, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

5. Pricing, Payment & Billing

• All prices are shown in AED and include VAT (where applicable).

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Billing errors or unauthorized charges must be reported to sales@shoogboutique.com within 30 days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In summary:

• Production Lead Time: 5–7 business days

• UAE: 2–4 business days after dispatch (AED 30)

• GCC: 4–7 business days after dispatch (AED 100)

• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (AED 130)

• Tracking details are emailed upon shipment. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

7. Exchanges & Refunds

All exchanges and refunds follow our Exchange & Refund Policy. Key points:

• No returns or refunds for change of mind; exchanges only for defects or production errors.

• Notify us within 3 days of receipt and return within 7 days.

• Cancellations only within 24 hours of purchase.

8. Third‑Party Services & Links

• Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc.; payment processing may involve third-party services.

• We may provide links to external sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, text, graphics, and logos on this Site are owned or licensed by ShoogBoutique and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bordeaux, France.
