All items are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
2. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

4. Expedited Shipping & Insurance

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor delivery status through the carrier’s online portal.
7. Lost, Damaged & Incorrect Shipments

Lost in Transit: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 3 days of receipt, including photos of the packaging and item.

Incorrect Items: Report any wrong model, color, or quantity within 3 days of delivery.
We will investigate and, if warranted, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
