Terms of Sale

1. Contract Formation

• All orders are subject to acceptance. A binding contract is formed when you receive our Order Confirmation by e‑mail.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT.

• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We capture payment in full at the time your order is placed. Accepted methods: major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.

3. Customization & Modifications

• At checkout you’ll find a Customization Note—please complete it with measurements, fabric or styling requests.

• Modifications (size, color, details) may be requested within 12 hours of order placement.

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation. After production begins, no changes or cancellations are possible.

4. Production & Shipping

• Production lead time: 5–7 business days

• • UAE: AED 30 (2–4 business days)

  • GCC: AED 100 (4–7 business days)

  • International: AED 130 (7–14 business days)

• Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

5. Exchanges & Warranty

• Only available for defective or incorrect items. To initiate, notify us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days.

• We back our craftsmanship with a 6‑month warranty against stitching or material defects.

6. Returns & Refunds

• No returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or custom requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We disclaim all indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France.
